Handmade Nature: TUMTUM specializes in artisanal Lebanese pantry products (mouneh, herbs, oils, preserves) and handcrafted solid-wood cutting boards (such as LAWHA 01). Due to the natural materials and small-batch production methods:

• Cutting boards exhibit unique grain patterns, natural wood variations, and tones that make each piece one-of-a-kind.
• Food products are produced following traditional heritage recipes and natural seasonal harvests; slight variations in color or texture are inherent to authentic craft.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust prices or correct clerical errors at any time prior to order confirmation.
• Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders suspected of fraud, or notify you if an item is out of stock.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card credentials on our servers.

4. Shipping, Duties & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally using trusted carrier partners. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout.

• Customs & Import Duties: For international orders, customs fees, import taxes, and duties may be assessed by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• Delivery Address: Please ensure accurate address information. TUMTUM is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete recipient details.

5. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

• Perishable Food Items: For safety and hygiene standards, edible pantry items cannot be returned once delivered. If your item arrived damaged or compromised, contact our team within 48 hours of delivery.
• Handcrafted Goods: If your cutting board arrives defective or damaged in transit, please submit photographs to support@tumtum.store for an inspection and immediate replacement or resolution.

All content on this site—including logos, photography, typography, product descriptions, recipe text, and branding—is the exclusive property of TUMTUM and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
